"As is" merchandise will not be accepted for exchange, refund, or
return. They have been
discounted the appropriate amount to reflect the "As Is"
status.

Warranty applies as follows:
• Upholstered furniture is covered by a limited warranty under conditions of
normal use for a
period of 1 year.
Replacement or repair will be made at the stores option. There is no
warranty on fabric unless specified by the manufacturer.

Case furniture, which includes wood, metal, or glass is covered by a limited
warranty under

We have an array of catalogs from which customers may order furniture. All
such
orders will require
a 20% non-refundable deposit.
